These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) describe how our subscription model works and outline the terms and conditions under which you obtain access to MediSummary’s services and features. 1.7-Day Trial
We may offer a 7-day trial to new subscribers. During the trial you can access MediSummary's premium features. Some trial offers are free; others carry a small charge at sign-up (for example, $1) to verify your card. The amount due today is always shown before you confirm.
2.Automatic Conversion to Paid Subscription
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the price of the plan shown at sign-up. We may send you a reminder before the trial ends.
1.Auto-Renewal
All MediSummary subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, annual, or otherwise, depending on your chosen plan).
2.Continuous Access
You will continue to have access to all subscription features unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period.
1.Billing Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize us (or our designated payment processor, such as Stripe) to charge your specified payment method for the subscription fees.
2.Storage of Payment Details
Your card details are stored by our payment processor (Stripe), not by us. We keep only limited billing records (such as plan, amount, and the last four digits of your card) to manage renewals and support requests.

You are responsible for all applicable subscription fees and any related taxes or transaction fees.

Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal, but you will retain access to MediSummary’s premium features until the end of your current billing cycle (or trial period, if applicable).

1.60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for new MediSummary subscribers who sign up through our website. If, within 60 days of your first subscription payment, you decide that MediSummary isn’t for you, email us at [email protected] and we will refund that payment in full. No reason is required.
2.App Store / Google Play Purchases (if applicable)
If you subscribed via Apple’s App Store or Google Play, any requests for refunds must be handled through those platforms directly, pursuant to their respective refund policies.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
2.How to Withdraw
Email [email protected] with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will refund the payment in full within 14 days, using the original payment method. Our 60-day money-back guarantee (Section 6) already covers this period, so you never need to waive your withdrawal right to use MediSummary.

Our failure to exercise any right or enforce any provision of these Subscription Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
2.Severability
If any part of these Subscription Terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
3.Incorporation by Reference
These Subscription Terms incorporate by reference all applicable provisions of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Subscription Terms and our Terms of Service, these Subscription Terms will govern to the extent of the conflict solely with respect to subscription-related matters.
